Job description

Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing skilled and general maintenance work to ensure the apartment community is safe, attractive, and fully functional. This role supports the Maintenance Supervisor by handling daily service requests, preventative maintenance tasks, and unit turns while providing excellent service to residents. The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in sustaining Bonner Carrington’s high standards of quality, safety, and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Repairs: - Respond promptly to resident service requests and complete work orders efficiently and professionally. - Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance maintenance, carpentry, painting, and other basic building systems. - Assist with make-ready of vacant apartments, ensuring units meet Bonner Carrington standards before new residents move in. - Support upkeep of common areas, amenities, and exterior property features.
