Due to ongoing growth, we are inviting applications for an experienced Receptionist/Client Care Team Member to join our team at Wear Referrals. A customer service qualification is preferred. Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to:): - Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner. - Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures. - Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone. - Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly. - Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. - Processing prescription requests. - Taking payments. - Promoting offers and services. - Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.
