Job Summary: The Senior Manager, FP&A, will lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic financial insights, managing the budgeting process, and supporting senior management in decision-making. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure financial goals are met, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process/efficiency improvements. The ideal candidate has experience supporting a food manufacturing company and has a well-developed appreciation for data integrity and financial processes. They will be proactive in identifying, developing, and driving operational excellence and reliable analyses to support the company's growth and profitability objectives. The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Finance and will be a key member of the Corporate Finance/FP&A team.
