Description Summary: The Hybrid Driver is responsible for the safe and professional transport, assembly, and delivery of customer products using a company vehicle. This role combines expert-level delivery execution with leadership responsibilities, including training, field audits, and handling complex delivery scenarios. Hybrid Drivers are held to a higher standard of performance and professionalism, ensuring white glove service and acting as an extension of management in the field. Job Responsibilities: - Safely operate a company box truck, performing pre-trip inspections and reporting safety concerns promptly. - Maintain a valid chauffeur’s license and DOT medical card in good standing. - Load and secure delivery trucks according to the manifest to prevent damage during transport. - Assemble furniture efficiently and without damage, using appropriate tools. - Lift and move furniture and mattresses safely, with or without assistance, from dock to truck and into customer homes. - Use mobile applications to document deliveries accurately, including codes, photos, and notes (never while driving). - Follow invoice instructions and company procedures for returns, including the Return...
