Job Title: Legal Counsel Summary: In this role you will become an integral part of our regional EMEAI Legal Team, supporting a wide range of legal matters from commercial legal advisory to compliance stewardship. You will provide expert legal guidance to Momentive’s commercial teams and functions across Italy and Europe, helping to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while enabling business objectives. The role requires strong business acumen as well as a solid understanding of company financials and economic principles. Qualifications: The following are required for the role - Provide legal support to regional Sales Teams on customer contracts and commercial legal aspects, including drafting, review and negotiation of customer contracts. - Provide legal support to regional customer service teams on general commercial and customer-related legal matters, including customer claims and inquiries. - Provide legal support to regional and local Procurement Teams, including drafting, review and negotiation of procurement contracts. - Manage corporate law requirements for local Italian group entities. - Advise on Italian labor law and partner with local HR team on legal aspec...
