About the role: The Technical Support & Lifecycle Lead is responsible for providing national-level technical governance, lifecycle oversight, and escalation leadership across all Australian regions, as well as providing functional leadership, technical direction, and process ownership to ensure best-practice support delivery and continuous product improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and drive standardised technical support and lifecycle management processes across the Australian equipment fleet and audit regional practices to ensure national alignment and quality compliance. - Oversee consistent application of escalation pathways, issue resolution methodologies, warranty processes, and technical documentation standards. - Provide national oversight of equipment lifecycle performance from commissioning through overhaul to end-of-life, ensuring lifecycle and condition data is captured, analysed, and leveraged - Act as the national escalation point for major product issues and safety-critical failures. - Lead complex investigations, define corrective actions, and ensure formal closure of RCA outcomes. - Engage directly with customers and senior management during high-impact...
