Job Description Heading: Title: Registered Nurse – FM Reports To: Director of Nursing/Nurse Manager Department: Medical Job Grade: 9C Employment Status: Non- Exempt Date: October 2025 General Responsibilities: We provide culturally competent care to patients from birth through late adulthood, utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach. As a registered nurse you are an essential member of the team delivering care in areas such as family medicine, primary care, pediatrics, obstetrical and gynecological care, medication assisted treatment, trans and behavioral health. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, competent patient assessment, promptly prioritizing triage calls, determining appropriate patient disposition, managing nurse visits, providing direct patient care, and assisting providers as needed. The registered nurse acts as a resource person for medical assistants and other team members.
