The Executive Business Manager brings order to the fast-paced hospitality environment through executive administrative assistance, business operations enablement and strategic support. OUR ROLE: - Proactively manage complex, dynamic calendars for multiple executives, resolving scheduling conflicts, prioritizing meeting requests, and blocking time for strategic work - Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication channels - Assist in the management of special projects, tracking milestones, and ensuring accountability across departments - Respond to emails, as delegated, on behalf of senior leaders, ensuring timely follow-up - Identify bottlenecks in executive workflows and implement new systems or AI tools to increase efficiency - Prepare agendas (90io), meeting materials, presentations (PowerPoint/Canva), and minutes for board meetings and senior leadership meetings - Compile, analyze, and verify data to generate reports, KPI dashboards, and briefing documents for executives - Arran...
