Board Certified Analyst (BCBA) - Specialized Enhanced Supportive Housing (SESH)

Community Options, Inc. is a national leader in providing behavioral health, residential, and employment services to individuals with disabilities. We are currently seeking a Full-Time and Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support adults residing in both traditional and specialized supported living homes in Smyrna, TN . The BCBA will serve as the lead clinician in our short-term, therapeutic group homes using best practices, evidenced-based ABA interventions, and trauma informed care. The ideal candidate will have experience with crisis management, de-escalation practices, positive behavior supports, staff training, leading interdisciplinary teams, and creating individualized behavior plans for individuals with autism, intellectual disability, and co-occurring mental health and psychiatric disorders.
