Job Summary: Production Maintenance Mechanic I is available for a qualified individual with proven maintenance skills. Responsibilities include efficient preventative maintenance and repair of food manufacturing and packaging equipment, including Aseptic Fillers, Cappers, Packer and/or High Temperature Processing (HTP) equipment. Can execute Preventative, Corrective and Break down Work Orders under direction of a Level II III, Lead or Supervisor. Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
