KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Program Implementation & Maintenance Develop, implement, and maintain site- or department-level safety plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and technical deliverables aligned with corporate SHE policies. Monitor adherence to all safety procedures, updating documentation as regulations or site conditions change. Coordinate with Sr. Safety Manager/Regional to roll out new programs (e.g., ergonomics, HOP, high-energy hazard controls). Leadership & Staff Oversight: Supervise and mentor on-site safety personnel (Safety Professionals, Safety Interns), providing guidance on investigations, inspections, and reporting.
