Job DetailsJob Location: Bridgewater College - Bridgewater, VA 22812NOLEN SCHOOL OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL STUDIES INSTRUCTOR OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SCIENCE: Bridgewater College, Nolen School and the Department of Health and Human Science seeks a full-time 9-month non-tenure track instructor of Health and Human Science beginning August 17, 2026. Successful candidates will have a MEd or closely related field with verifiable work experience as a licensed teacher and coach within the K-12 schools. Preference will be given to candidates who have a Ed.D or Ph.D. in Education or closely related field and who can demonstrate successful teaching experience, coaching experience, the ability to work in a team environment, and the ability to relate their professional experience and knowledge to the needs and interests of students in a small college environment. Responsibilities include the ability to teach undergraduate-level courses in health and physical education and coaching as well as other courses that align with the candidate’s expertise and department’s needs.
