This position also assists in making purchasing decisions and completing purchases in order to maximize return. The SS will be involved in all guest recovery efforts that arise during his or her shift. The SS will develop and maintain positive relationships with the spa service department employees. The Salon Supervisor will assist in employee oversight Nail Technicians, Estheticians and Spa Concierge. Results Expected: The expected results of this position are to provide effective and efficient management of staff, inventory, guest service and employee relations.
