Brown and Caldwell (BC) is seeking a Senior Health & Safety (H&S) Administrator to support our Enterprise H&S Team. The Senior H&S Administrator role provides administrative and systems support in the area of occupational health and workplace safety. The role provides advanced support for maintaining and advancing internal programs to support employees in identifying, evaluating, eliminating and mitigating workplace hazards to prevent incidents. This role provides support in the implementation and/or management of systems, policies, procedures and other resources related to ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, client requirements and standards within the organization. Work performed is under limited supervision with latitude for independent judgment. Our ideal candidate is a motivated individual who is tech-savvy, can effectively multi-task and interact with fellow co-workers and multiple data systems.
