Senior Legal Counsel, Privacy and Data - An exciting opportunity for a dedicated privacy lawyer in one of Australia’s leading banks. - Highly autonomous role in a dynamic team. As a Senior Legal Counsel advising on privacy and data matters, your work will include: - Providing privacy law advice on complex and high impact matters across the entire CBA Group. - Strategic input on banking industry consultations, initiatives and advocacy on emerging laws in privacy, digital identity, and the Consumer Data Right. - Advising on privacy and data governance risks and opportunities for Group AI projects and partnerships. - Leading the Legal and Group Secretariat engagement with the OAIC (including data breach notification, preliminary inquiries, conciliations and investigations).
