Job description

Detailed Description: - Ensures compliance with workplace safety, environmental standards, national codes, NexTier, and client policies and regulations. - Demonstrates proper driving techniques for applicable DOT vehicles. - Obtains required certifications and licenses. - Learns and operates basic auxiliary equipment involved in maintenance operations. - Maintains a consistent focus on service, quality, and safety. - Reads diagrams and schematics to follow work procedures. - Operates hoists and lift devices to position machinery safely. - Performs routine maintenance and non-routine repairs on company assets. - Lubricates, services, diagnoses, repairs, assembles, and maintains vehicles and equipment. - Stays updated on changes to industry standards. - Ensures completed work passes safety inspections. - Verifies that equipment is DOT compliant following repairs. - Performs additional duties as assigned. - Utilizing spotters connects tractors to trailers. - Dolly up and down trailers - Washing of radiators from the inside and outside - Pressure washing of equipment. - Communicate current status of equipment - Cleaning of oil catch can & catch tanks.
