Job description

Compensation: $115,000-135,000 with $15k bonus at target Job Summary: Giesecke+Devrient is a globally leading SecurityTech company. We are seeking a structured, people-focused AI Adoption Manager to help employees confidently use AI in their daily work. This role is responsible for driving AI learning, adoption, and change enablement across the organization, in close collaboration with business, HR, communications, and technology stakeholders. It combines learning program management, stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption tracking to turn AI capability building into measurable business impact. Primary Responsibilities: - Drive the planning, coordination, and rollout of global AI learning and adoption programs for employees across functions, divisions, and regions. - Work with HR, learning and development, business leaders, IT, and subject matter experts to define practical learning paths for different employee groups. - Coordinate the creation, review, and continuous improvement of AI training content, workshops, playbooks, and supporting materials. - Ensure learning content is practical, role-relevant, and grounded in real business workflows, tools, and responsible AI...
