Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Relationship Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in Bucharest, Romania. As a Client Relationship Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client portfolios and ensuring high-quality service delivery. We will count on you to: - Manage a portfolio of clients and provide quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts, in compliance with Marsh’s standards and procedures - Deliver tailored FINPRO and Cyber solutions (D&O, E&O/PI, Crime/Fidelity, Financial Institutions Bond, cyber insurance) - Answer client’s requests for insurance / renewal / modification of insurance policies or consultancy services - Solve problems regarding client account issues & ensure that appropriate messages are being sent to the clients - Participate in client and prospect meetings - Identify and actively pursue potential new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects What you need to have: - At least 5 years experience in Corporate Insurance/Brokerage - Bachelor Degree in Business - Fluent Romanian, English (B2) - Computer proficient, very g...
