Job description

We are looking for a sharp, highly-organised Operations Coordinator to support our France ride-hailing operations. This person will be executing operational functions and partner-facing initiatives to ensure a consistent quality of service, partner satisfaction, scalability, and support across the growing network of partners all around France. You will be working closely with a high-performing team along with the Team Lead and an Operations Manager. Let's build the future of transport together! Main Responsibilities: Requirements: #LI-Hybrid - Onboard and train new drivers to Bolt's platform. - Travel on a regular basis to onboard new drivers around France cities. - Verify, maintain, organise and audit driver and vehicle documentation. - Be an ambassador for Bolt and coach partners to improve their performance. - Be the primary point of contact for our key accounts and resolve any issues they might have. - Work with headquarters to improve existing processes. - You have a first successful experience in sales. - You are social.
