Description GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY: Provide exceptional food and beverage service that exceeds the guest’s expectations. Create a memorable experience for guests using refined guest service skills. Have a clear understanding of our service standards and meet these expectations daily. Exhibit complete knowledge of food, beverage, and services the Space Needle provides. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Follows Steps of Service and Timing Guidelines, maintain proper server etiquette, and always approach all guests with positive, courteous attitude as outlined in the service module. - Exhibit complete knowledge of food and beverage offerings. - Knows and is responsible for Engaging, Merchandising, Excellence & Proficiency, and Teamwork standards. - Complete all required set-up under the direction of the management team including, but not limited to, section and room detailing prior to opening. - Ensure food/beverages are served at the proper temperature with correct presentation. - Ensure guest satisfaction throughout dining experience. - Maintain side work duties throughout shift.
