About the Job: Acts as a representative in all areas of clerical support. Assumes responsibility for processing referrals, answering phones to communicate with patients, family members, referral sources, and medical offices. What You’ll Do: Receives and processes referrals from physician's offices, hospitals, and rehab facilities. Performs required insurance verification activity when appropriate.
