Job description

Reports to: Dr. Borchard FLSA Classification: Full-time, Part-time, PRN non exempt, Salary $45.67 - $65.00 Essential Functions: - Apply and remove dressings, sutures, and/or staples. - Evaluate, treat, and provide follow-up care for patients in post-op status. - Perform physical assessments, work related return to work evaluations and physicals, and disability type determinations. - Assist the physician in all patient duties including rooming patients, taking vital signs, patient history, and procedures. - Evaluate and perform examinations, provide stabilization for patients with acute serious medical conditions and injury. - Facilitate transfer as appropriate to an emergency facility or hospital. - Other duties as assigned. Provide Excellent Patient Care: - Manage patient care in a timely manner and maintain a level of productivity equal to other providers on staff. - Interpret radiology, EKG, laboratory, and basic pulmonary function tests. - Thoroughly and accurately document every patient encounter. - Perform required quality assurance steps in the patient care process. - Bill appropriately for each visit. - Interact with office, laboratory, radiology, and nursing staff as part...
