Join us at Aspia As an HR Systems Specialist, you will support the daily operation and continuous development of Aspia’s Workday environment. This role is well‑suited for someone who already has some experience working with Workday and is eager to deepen their skills, with guidance and support from more senior colleagues. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure that Workday processes meet business needs and enable accurate, efficient, and user‑friendly HR operations. The role includes maintaining system functionality and contributing to improvements across areas such as HR processes, talent management, local payroll workflows, and reporting.
