Job Profile Title: Quality Improvement Technician Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 13:45 - 22:15 Job Summary: Responsible for working closely with the wider Configuration team to help troubleshoot problematic builds and processes, and see them through to resolution, take the lead in quality control and perform some QC functions. They play a key role in the upkeep of build documentation and the platform that delivers it. This role requires someone to be incredibly organised, focused, self-motivated and flexible.
