Benefits: - 401(k) matching - Employee discounts - Paid time off Engineering Supervisor: Perform general maintenance functions at a high level to ensure quest service and sustainability standards are achieved and maintained throughout the hotel structure. Essential Functions: - Maintain the Rooms Preventative Maintenance Program and consistently keep updated records on file. - Respond to all guest’s requests in a timely and efficient manner - Respond or perform duties of a groundskeeper - Maintain all mechanical areas in an orderly and clean condition - Inspect public areas daily for any issues - After hours on-call availability if an issue arises, available weekends - Pool and Spa Chemical testing - Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs. - Install or repair sheet rock and other wall coverings. - Paint designated areas and items. - Install and replace basic electrical fixtures. Replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures. - Repair furniture. - Install, replace and program televisions. - Perform minor plumbing functions. - Replace and repair heating and cooling pumps as well as preventative maintenance on units. - Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipm...
