Job description

Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills in a deadline‑driven environment - Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, account reconciliations, balance sheet, and income statement management across multiple legal entities - Own month‑end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and well‑controlled financial results - Prepare and review legal entity financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and applicable statutory requirements - Serve as a primary liaison with External Reporting to ensure enterprise reporting and compliance deliverables are met - Direct internal controls and SOX compliance activities, ensuring policies and procedures are well‑designed, documented, and operating effectively - Own relationships with external auditors, managing year‑end audits and ensuring efficient, high‑quality audit outcomes - Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and process simplification to improve efficiency and scalability - Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing accounting team across multiple locations, setting clear objectives and supporting professional growth - Partner with business a...
