Job DetailsJob Location: Hospice of Baton Rouge - Main Office - Baton Rouge, LA 70809Position Summary: The Hospice of Baton Rouge is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Team Liaison to support clinical leadership by facilitating communication, coordination, and operational oversight between clinical leadership and care teams. This role helps ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of clinical operations by supporting supply management, documentation oversight, scheduling coordination, and workflow consistency across teams. Job Functions: Serves as a liaison between the Director of Clinical Services, clinical leadership, team leads, and clinical staff to support communication and operational coordination. Demonstrates compassion and professionalism when communicating with patients, families, and staff and ensures concerns are resolved or escalated appropriately before the end of the workday. Manages the Supply Clerk function and provides oversight and approval for ordering stock and drop-ship medical supplies.
