Job Description: - Analyze, design, and improve sales and service relevant processes to enhance efficiency and alignment with business goals. - Support the content quality of company process maps by conducting process analysis, performing searches within global governance groups, and engaging in discussions with process owners. - Identify opportunities for automation, digitization, and standardization within focused business processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional workstreams to streamline end-to-end workflows. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. - Promote BPM best practices and establish clear roles, responsibilities, and training. - Lead initiatives to upskill teams in BPM methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN). - Implement process governance within focused business processes and maintain process flow consistency and scalability. - Track and report relev...
