Associate, Private Equity Sponsor Coverage Group, Specialized Financial Services Purpose: The Associate is responsible for contributing to the profitable growth and quality of the Bank’s Commercial Credit portfolio. This includes highly complex and customized financial solutions by supporting the Director and Associate Directors, Private Equity Sponsor Coverage Group in credit application write-up, collecting and assimilating information necessary to make credit decisions, conducting financial modelling (financial and credit analysis), and supporting the “Deal Team” with company and industry analysis. The Associate may have direct contact with clients and will assist the Director and Associate Director in all aspects of their business development activities. Contributes to the overall success of the Private Equity Sponsor Coverage Group in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.
