The successful candidate will be based in the Sheffield/Nottingham area What You’ll Bring to the Role: Professional Excellence: Qualified to a minimum of I.A.E.A or ATA (VDA) standard, with proven experience leading an engineering function for an insurer or independent firm. Technical Mastery: Confident in valuing and negotiating repair costs, providing accurate vehicle valuations, and managing total loss settlements. Industry Insight: A deep understanding of salvage categories and the full claims management process. Essential Skills: - Proficiency in vehicle estimating systems such as Audatex and Glassmatix . - An AQP qualification is highly desirable.
