CS 331: COMPUTER ARCHITECHTURE: The Department of Computer Science at California State University San Marcos (Temecula Campus) seeks a part-time lecturer for Fall 2026 to teach CS 331: Computer Architecture at CSUSM's Temecula Campus. - Position: Lecturer - Academic Year - Semester: Fall 2026 - Day/Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m. - Modality: In-Person - College: College of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics - Department: Computer Science, BS Software Engineering through Extended Learning Course Description: A study of the functional organization and sequential operation of digital computers. The major components of a computer will be discussed. Introduction to machine instruction architecture and design. The study of the internal operations during program execution. Several computer architectures will be studied. Minimum qualifications: - A master’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields - Per the California State University’s Out-of-State Employment Policy, the CSU is prohibited from hiring employees to perform CSU-related work outside California.
