Overview: *This role can be located in our Newton, MA; Atlanta, GA; or Orlando, FL office, and requires four days per week on‑site.* The RMR Group is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, scalable applications. This role is designed for a developer who pairs "end-to-end" hands-on experience with a passion for AI-augmented engineering . Solid experience with multi-layered web application development is required. The ideal candidate doesn't just write code; they leverage AI development tools to accelerate the SDLC—from architectural prototyping to automated testing—while collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions for the real estate industry.
