WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: In this role you will work closely with the NA ACG merchandising team (which sits alongside the NA Running team) as well as the Global ACG Merchandising team. You will collaborate with the cross functional NA ACG team comprising of sales, brand marketing, planning, and marketplace supply chain. You will sit on the Running + ACG FW team and will work closely with the Lead ACG Apparel Merchant on the holistic NA ACG strategy. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for an experienced merchant who is self-directed, independent, and has a strategic mindset. You must have the ability to drive high level strategic assortment intent and maintain a highly complex and intricate business at the detailed level. This role will consist of managing the NA ACG Footwear line responsible for all day-to-day line plan management tasks (adoption, price updates, tagging, sample management etc.) as well as driving the seasonal assortment strategy. In addition, this role will also lead and mange the ACG apparel merchant and channel merchant with direct reporting lines.
