Job Description Job Summary: Non-supervisory role to assist and provide effective communications for maintenance team, reporting to Maintenance Manager. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: - Ensuring safety and maintaining a safe work environment for all employees - Facilitates maintenance work requests from production floor, determines priority and ensures coworkers are aware of priority and assignments - Ensures team members comply with all safety and good Manufacturing Practices - Communicates to production, maintenance management, and quality assurance equipment break downs and estimated time needed to complete repairs - Confers with vendors, management, engineering and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment - Conducts meetings at the end of each shift to update incoming maintenance personnel on status of break downs, repairs, and troubleshooting done during the previous shift. - Conducts meeting at start of shift to go over shift priorities and assignments as well as training. - Actively participates in preventive...
