The Service and Team The team provide the first response and triage of Adults Safeguarding concerns raised by members of the community, the adult themselves or professionals. The work environment is very fast paced and busy, with positive team members who are provided with regular support, supervision and training, as well as career progression and the opportunity to be involved in the development of the team and wider service. The Role: Key Responsibilities: Social workers are required to work collaboratively with colleagues from different teams, disciplines and partner organisations in order to provide a seamless service to individuals/families/carers. They will work in partnership to work with individuals facing complex social and family crisis across a range of settings, promoting autonomy and development with individuals who have complex needs and are more vulnerable to exclusion; and work with communities, individuals and families to promote their personal strengths.
