Are you looking for a position in which you can set direction and help shape our company? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Customer Interaction Specialist. About the role: Working any 5 days from 7 (Monday to Sunday) on a 24‑hour per week contract, with shifts between 08:00–18:00, this is a 3‑month fixed term contract with the opportunity to work additional hours. In this role, you’ll support our customers by delivering excellent service across phone, email, chat, and online platforms. You’ll help manage bookings, resolve queries, and identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience. You will be responsible for: Handling reservations and responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels Resolving customer queries, requests, and complaints at the first point of contact Providing a professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times Proactively contacting customers to promote products and services Identifying opportunities to cross‑sell and upsell where appropriate Accurately...
