Position Overview: The University Relations Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract, engage, and hire students and recent graduates from universities/colleges. This role will involve fostering partnerships with academic institutions, coordinating campus recruitment events, full-cycle recruitment for collegiate pipeline positions, and promoting our employer brand across the United States. The University Relations Recruiter will coordinate with recruiters globally to align and support Flowserve’s global university relations strategy and recruitment efforts.
