Colwen Hotels is looking for a dynamic and people-focused Area Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. Based in our Andover, MA corporate office, this role will serve as a key HR partner to multiple hotels, providing leadership and support in talent acquisition, associate engagement, employee relations, compliance, and leadership development. Reporting directly to the Corporate Director of Human Resources, this position will partner closely with General Managers and hotel leadership teams across assigned properties, serving as a key advisor on all human resources matters while helping drive talent strategy, operational excellence, and a positive associate experience. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-unit hospitality environment , partnering closely with operational leaders, and making a meaningful impact on associate engagement, talent development, and organizational performance.
