U.S. Facilities, Inc. (USF) is seeking an experienced Plumber with primary experience in large life sciences pharmaceutical / laboratory industrial settings which operate 24 x 7, 365 days per year. This role focuses on the operation, maintenance, and repair of building plumbing / sewer systems and utility piping (potable water, process water, laboratory gases, natural gas, steam, and related systems). Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Operate, maintain, and repair all plumbing related systems and equipment. - Maintain and repair domestic water, sanitary, vent, storm, and specialty piping systems. - Install, modify, and repair piping, valves, fittings, fixtures, and supports using proper joining methods (e.g., threaded, welded, soldered, brazed, press-fit). - Perform preventive maintenance on valves, strainers, pumps, traps, backflow preventers, and related components. - Troubleshoot leaks, flow issues, water quality issues, and equipment failures in a central utility and lab and research environment. - Support startup, shutdown, and isolation of utility systems for maintenance and outages. - Maintain accurate documentation of work in the CMMS (work orders, PMs, parts used, not...
