Job description

We’re looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Field Service Technician / Roadside Applicator to join our team! In this role, you’ll perform vegetation management and herbicide application across a variety of sites, including roadways and rights-of-way. This is an outdoor, field-based position ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, operating equipment, and making a visible impact every day. What You’ll Do: - Apply herbicides for vegetation management on roadways and rights-of-way - Operate trucks, spray equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently - Perform traffic control (flagging, signage, cones) in accordance with DOT guidelines - Load, mix, and apply chemicals following all safety and environmental regulations - Maintain accurate records of chemical usage, applications, and daily production - Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles and equipment - Prepare materials for application and ensure proper handling and storage of chemicals - Communicate with team members and supervisors on project progress and needs - Work outdoors in various environments including roadside conditions and uneven terrain - Travel to job sites (50–80%, including some overni...
