Job Summary: Responsibilities: Requirements: Skills: Education: Experience: - Perform failure analyses of motors returned to St. Louis and drive corrective actions with Nidec plants - Conduct customer on-site visits to review Quality issues and drive improvement actions - Host periodic meetings with customers to review Quality metrics - Utilize problem-solving tools such as 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, Pareto, etc. - Perform data analytics, reporting, and management presentations - Respond to customers’ corrective action (SCAR/8D) requests - Work with Nidec St. Louis Engineers to support new product developments - Strong knowledge on Quality Problem-Solving Tools and Statistics - Familiar with pro...
