1st Shift 5:00AM - 3:30pm, 2nd shift 3:30PM - 2:00AM, Weekend Friday - Sunday 5:00AM - 5:30 PM 📍 Ludlow Manufacturing ✅ Ludlow uses E-Verify to confirm employment eligibility in the U.S. Summary: The Welder is responsible for joining materials using proper welding techniques to meet customer requirements and quality standards. This position requires strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints to determine the correct welding process for each product. Select appropriate welding equipment and determine the proper welding sequence. Weld components to meet customer specifications and verify weld integrity using non-destructive testing methods. Accurately record completed quantities and production data in the ERP system. Measure final products to ensure conformance with customer blueprints. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Perform daily and weekly preventive maintenance as assigned. Promote safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous quality improvement in accordance with company policies.
