Central Strategy & Analytics Lead, North America Monetization Strategy & Operations

Job description

We are seeking a Monetization Strategy & Operations Lead to oversee North America (NA) business operations. As the NA MSO Central Strategy & Analytics Lead, you will own end-to-end NA MSO workstreams, including revenue planning, MBO selection, quarterly/annual planning, executive reporting, high-impact strategic projects, senior stakeholder engagement, and team management. The position will work closely with the GM and work horizontally across all business units under NA, which includes US Enterprise, Canada and NA SMB. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, curious, and creative problem-solvers who use data-driven analysis to prioritize organizational opportunities and pain points. You should excel in stakeholder management, thrive in fast-paced, startup-like global environments, and be comfortable collaborating across time zones, operating in ambiguity, and driving cross-functional solutions.
