This role operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where accuracy, energy, and professionalism matter. You will process transactions, assist guests with menu selections, and help maintain an organized, clean workspace while delivering a positive experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities: Accurately process guest orders using the point-of-sale system, including cash, credit, and debit transactions Follow cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures to ensure accuracy and accountability Provide knowledgeable menu guidance, including answering questions related to ingredients and food allergens Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests or concerns, escalating to management when needed Maintain guest satisfaction by delivering courteous, efficient service during peak travel periods Support daily operations by assisting with seating, stoc...
