SUMMARY: Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of all equipment and systems outlined in the Employer’s contract with the Government. Coordinates contractors, scheduled/approved by the Company Representative, engaged in the maintenance and repair of the electrical, mechanical and structural systems. Conducts building tours, QC/Safety Inspections, maintains the building maintenance log, manages PM schedules, and filing of records as directed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs of all equipment and systems outlined in the Employer's contract with the Government. NON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES: - Other duties as assigned.
