PURPOSE: The Mishkon IDD Programs at The Jewish Board provide supports and services in a healthy and safe environment for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities living in residential programs and in community settings. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Director of Residential Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the agency’s Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF) and/or Individualized Residential Alternatives (IRAs) serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
