Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager

Job description

Resource Innovations (RI) is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Technical Engineering Manager to lead and support a team of Salesforce Engineers and Administrators within our growing software organization. This role is ideal for a strong technical leader who is comfortable actively contributing to the design, development, and implementation of SaaS applications on Salesforce platform , while leading the team and driving delivery of solutions. In this role, you will manage and lead a team of engineers while remaining deeply involved in the technical development of Salesforce solutions. You will partner closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality SaaS solutions. This is remote position requiring occasional in-person office meetings for candidates residing in one of the following metro areas San Francisco CA, Chicago IL, Phoenix AZ, Denver CO, Salt Lake City or Madison WI.
