We partner with the world’s most popular online games and social platforms to build healthier digital communities. The Role: GGWP is looking for a Finance & Business Operations Lead to own the company’s core operating backbone across finance operations, contract operations, revenue reporting, vendor coordination, and business systems. This is GGWP’s first dedicated Finance & Business Operations leadership role. It is a hands-on builder role: you will not inherit a large team or mature systems, but you will own the workflows that keep the business running. You will connect Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, HR, and leadership by ensuring contracts, billing, revenue reporting, vendor workflows, and business metrics are accurate, repeatable, and visible. The ideal candidate is financially literate, highly organized, comfortable with SaaS metrics and commercial contracts, and practical enough to build lightweight systems in a fast-moving startup.
