Job Overview The role includes responsibilities as an internal financial operational liaison for the Cronos organization , providing end‑to‑end financial oversight across study delivery, internal operations, and strategic planning. This role partners closely with Cronos leadership, Sales Operations, and Finance Business Partners to ensure accurate revenue recognition, disciplined cost management, and strong financial governance in support of Cronos’ growth and profitability objectives. Project Management Analysts (PMA) are an integral part of clinical trial delivery, liaising with project teams to improve patients’ lives by bringing studies to the market faster. Key Responsibilities: Cross‑Functional Partnership: - Acts as a trusted partner to Cronos leadership , providing financial insight to support decision‑making on resourcing, investments, and operational priorities. - Collaborates closely with Sales Ops, Delivery, Resource Management, and Finance Business Partners to ensure financial alignment across the study lifecycle—from opportunity setup through close‑out.
