Inventory Coordinator - Weekends

The inventory Coordinator is a hands-on position and it’s estimated that approximately 50% of a typical day will be physically counting inventory, with the remaining time spent researching root causes and/or working with Cycle count Coordinators reviewing their root cause findings and, proposing and implementing permanent corrective actions to supervisory and management staff. This role is a 4-day work week. Friday - Sunday from 4AM - 6:30PM Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to - Physically count items in inventory using appropriate processes and forms - Update ERP system with Cycle Count Results and updated inventory quantities - Maintain and report KPIs around first-pass and reconciled accuracy - Partner cross-functionally Inventory Supervisors, and Warehouse/Inventory Manager to help solve inventory related issues - Ensue that Root Cause Report is being filled out - Identify root causes and work with appropriate functions to develop correct actions and supporting processes to eliminate root causes as identified - Manage Team effectively to maintain goal of 100% inventory accuracy Required Skills and Experience: - High school Diploma - Minimum of two years Cy...
